Juliana Spyropoulos brings a warm and genuinely caring presence to her therapeutic practice at Made to Heal Therapy Group. She is passionate about cultivating a space of emotional safety where clients feel truly seen and heard as they embark on their journey of healing and self-discovery.
A graduate of Yorkville University, Juliana also dedicates time as a crisis responder at Kids Help Phone, demonstrating her profound commitment to community mental health.
Juliana utilizes a thoughtful integrated approach, tailoring her methods to best suit the unique needs of each client. Her practice is grounded in:
Client-Led Therapy: Empowering you as the expert of your own life to set the pace and direction of your sessions.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Working to understand the different “parts” of yourself, fostering self-compassion and inner harmony.
Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing your present, offering deeper insight and lasting change.
While she works effectively with individuals across the lifespan, Juliana has a particular affinity and specialized experience in supporting children and adolescents. She understands the unique developmental challenges facing younger clients and uses age-appropriate methods to help them manage big emotions and build resilience.
