Chelsey Goorbachan offers compassionate and inclusive therapy for adults, with a deep commitment to supporting individuals from BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. She understands that reaching out for support takes immense courage, especially when life feels overwhelming.
She studied at Brock University and Yorkville University.
Chelsey completed an internship under the supervision of a licensed IFS therapist at Alli Therapy and has prior experience as an ABA therapist.
Her approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and a genuine respect for your unique story and lived experience. She draws on a range of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing her to adapt to your specific needs.
Chelsey aims to create a safe space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported, allowing healing and growth to unfold at your own pace. As an ethnic woman and a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, she brings a lived understanding of complex intersectionalities that deeply informs her therapeutic work.
