Current Group Offerings
We are currently accepting members for the following virtual groups. In-person groups will become available in Summer 2026.
8 Weeks (Virtual) This group is an invitation to explore the “big questions” of existence. Through weekly readings and journaling, we use metaphor and literature to evoke conversations about our place in the world. Together, we work to find the meaning that allows us to live with purpose—learning to tolerate life’s suffering so we can more fully experience its beauty and preciousness.
Ongoing (Virtual) Society rarely gives men the space to explore their internal world or practice authentic relating. This group focuses on helping men grow their ability to connect—both with themselves and with others. By breaking down the barriers of isolation and “performance,” members learn to communicate with emotional honesty, leading to more fulfilling relationships and a stronger sense of self.
Ongoing (Virtual) Navigating life when your path to parenthood hasn’t gone as planned is a uniquely isolating experience. Even with supportive friends and family, the grief of infertility can feel alienating. This is a space for women to navigate the complicated emotions of “what comes next.” Here, you can lean on others who truly understand the landscape of this loss, finding connection in a world that can often feel like it has left you behind.
Ongoing (Virtual) In a psychodynamic group, we look beneath the surface. This group focuses on how our past experiences and unconscious patterns show up in our present-day interactions. By observing the “here-and-now” relationships that form within the group, members gain profound insight into how they relate to others, allowing for the healing of old wounds and the creation of healthier, more conscious connections.
